Michelle Schiavon
Owner / Operator
Michelle co-founded Triumph with her husband Jeff in 2013 and has played a key role in shaping the company ever since. Known by customers as a “rebate wizard,” Michelle makes even the most complex rebate applications clear, simple, and stress-free. Her organization, attention to detail, and upbeat demeanor keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes — and are appreciated by everyone who works with her.
Before Triumph, Michelle spent several years with ICBC and later worked as a Certified Education Assistant in the school district. Stepping into the HVAC world was a major career shift, but she embraced the challenge and has loved growing the business, the team, and the relationships built along the way.
Michelle and Jeff have three busy young adult children and a beloved Mastiff who often appears on Triumph’s social media as “the Triumph dog.” Outside of work, Michelle stays active in the community through lacrosse and local sports, and she enjoys spending time outdoors with
friends and family. She loves to cook, hike, camp, explore wineries on her e-bike, check out local breweries, and never says no to a good game of crib or a night out for dinner.
Her combination of expertise, warmth, and genuine care for people is a big part of what makes Triumph feel like a true family business

Kane Schiavon
Office Greeter & Morale Manager
Kane is a proud 11-year-old rescue and an essential member of the Triumph family. Known for his warm welcomes and enthusiastic tail wags, he takes his role as Office Greeter very seriously — especially when it comes to boosting morale and ensuring everyone gets a little extra dog hair on their clothes before they leave.
He’s adored by the entire team and has earned a reputation as “the cutest employee,” a title he accepts with great humility (and treats). Kane is especially proud of Triumph’s commitment to supporting local rescue organizations — a cause that’s close to his heart.
Whether he’s greeting visitors, supervising from his bed, or spreading smiles throughout the office, Kane brings joy to every workday and reminds us what loyalty looks like.

Jeff Schiavon
Owner / Operator & Master Technicia
Jeff is the definition of a true problem solver. With decades of experience across multiple trades, he’s known for his ability to diagnose and resolve even the most complex HVAC challenges. His approach has always been simple: do what’s right for the customer. In the early days of Triumph, that meant being hands-on with every install and service call; today, it means leading a team that shares the same values of honesty, quality workmanship, and genuine care.
Jeff began his career in the construction industry in 1997, earning his first trade certificate as an electrician before transitioning into HVAC. He went on to complete two more trades in refrigeration and gas fitting, giving him one of the most well-rounded technical backgrounds in the field. Over the years, he has worked in residential, commercial, and industrial environments — experience that allows him to see every job from a big-picture perspective.
Jeff and Michelle moved their family from Maple Ridge to West Kelowna in 2002 and have been active members of the community ever since. They founded Triumph Heating & Air Conditioning in 2013 and have grown it steadily through quality work, strong relationships, and an overwhelmingly referral-driven customer base. Today, they lead a tight-knit, highly skilled team that they’re incredibly proud of.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys an active lifestyle with his family — camping and hiking in the summer, snowshoeing in the winter, and taking in local sporting events whenever he can. Calm, steady, and universally liked, Jeff brings integrity and leadership to everything he does at Triumph

Sergei
Senior HVAC Technician
Sergei is a highly experienced HVAC technician who has been in the trade since 2001 and proudly serving Triumph customers since 2020. Originally from Moldova, he has called Canada home for more than 25 years. Sergei used to own an HVAC company in Winnipeg but decided to make the move to West Kelowna a number of years ago.
When he’s not working on heating and cooling systems, you’ll usually find him in his garden — his favourite way to unwind.
Homeowners appreciate Sergei’s straight forward, meticulous approach and the pride he takes in doing the job right the first time. His goal is simple: make every home safer, more comfortable, and worry-free.

Tommy
HVAC TEchnician
Tommy grew up in a family of refrigeration and HVAC professionals — his father, uncles, and grandfather all worked in the trade — so it was no surprise when he started his own career back in high school in 2007.
Most of his previous experience came from servicing large commercial systems and grocery-store refrigeration. In more recent years he expanded his expertise into residential heating and cooling. After spending 20 years in the Edmonton area, Tommy moved back home to the Okanagan in 2022 and joined the Triumph team.
Homeowners appreciate Tommy’s grounded, honest approach and the pride he takes in doing every job with integrity. He’s committed to serving Okanagan families for years to come and continuing to grow his skills in the trade.

Chad
Lead HVAC Installer
Chad has a true talent for turning complex installations into clean, precise showpieces. His craftsmanship is meticulous, and every system he installs reflects his high standards and attention to detail. He continues to sharpen his skills each year at the Bryant Factory Training Program in Indianapolis, where he learns directly from the engineers behind the equipment. This commitment to ongoing education ensures he’s always up to speed on the latest best practices in installation and gas fitting.
Homeowners consistently rave about Chad’s work — and for good reason. He takes pride in delivering a “wow” experience from start to finish, and the reviews speak for themselves.
Outside of work, Chad is a die-hard football fan, an avid concert-goer, and even named his dog after his favourite musician. You’ll know when he’s around — his infectious laugh tends to fill the room.
We’re incredibly proud to have Chad on the Triumph team and look forward to many more years of his outstanding work in homes across the Okanagan.

Shaun
HVAC Technician
Shaun brings over 15 years of construction and sheet-metal experience to the Triumph team, having worked in every corner of the trade before stepping into his HVAC apprenticeship. After installing for years, he’s really excelled jumping into the technical side — understanding how everything works from the inside out.
Homeowners instantly connect with Shaun’s friendly, down-to-earth personality and his straightforward approach to solving problems. He’s the kind of technician people feel comfortable having in their home — respectful, easygoing, and always focused on doing the job right.
Shaun couldn’t be happier about his career with Triumph. He’s grateful for the opportunity to grow, learn, and continue building his skills with the support of Jeff, Michelle, and the entire team. His mission is simple: make sure every homeowner has reliable heat and cooling when they need it most.

Chase Schiavon
HVAC apprentice
Chase is an HVAC apprentice who joined Triumph after graduating high school during the COVID years — a time when career paths felt uncertain for a lot of young people. With a natural talent for problem-solving and a love of math, Chase quickly discovered that HVAC was the perfect fit: hands-on, technical, and full of opportunities to learn.
He grew up around the trade and the family business, which gave him an early appreciation for the hard work, professionalism, and customer care that Triumph is known for. Now, he’s proud to be building his own path in the industry. Chase enjoys the physical side of the work, the challenge of diagnosing issues, and the chance to learn from the experienced technicians he works with every day.
Outside of work, Chase stays active playing lacrosse, working out, and catching sports with friends. He never misses a good trivia night and brings that same curiosity and eagerness to learn into his role at Triumph.
He’s excited to grow in the trade and continue contributing to the level of quality and service homeowners expect from the Triumph name.

Carleen
Supplier Liaison & Inventory Coordinator
Carleen joined Triumph in 2021 and quickly became an essential part of our team. She connects with suppliers and manages our shop inventory with the kind of organization, reliability, and attention to detail that keeps our operations running smoothly and ensures homeowners are taken care of long after the installation is complete.
Before joining Triumph, Carleen spent many years in residential trades as a painter, which gives her a strong understanding of workmanship, scheduling, and what it takes to support a great customer experience from behind the scenes. She’s also a proud mom of two grown sons and has been married to her high-school sweetheart for over 25 years.
Outside of work, Carleen brings the same energy and determination to her personal life. She’s an adventure-seeker at heart — a long-time dragon boater, marathon finisher, triathlete, and participant in a 225-km Ride to Conquer Cancer. Always looking for the next challenge, skydiving is already on her list.
Colleagues appreciate Carleen’s friendly personality and her commitment to making sure everything is handled properly, on time, and with care. She plays a big part in why Triumph projects run smoothly!

Angela
Dispatch
Angela joined Triumph in early 2024 and quickly became the steady, reliable voice connecting homeowners with our technicians. With several years of HVAC dispatch and coordination experience, she thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a calm, organized approach to managing schedules, emergency calls, and day-to-day workflow. She loves the challenge of working in a specialized trade and is always expanding her knowledge to better support our team and our customers.
Originally from Terrace, Angela went to school on Vancouver Island and then moved to the Okanagan in 2020 with her boyfriend to enjoy everything the valley has to offer. Outside of the office, she’s happiest spending time with her cat Riri, crocheting, experimenting with new recipes, or tending to her growing interest in canning and gardening. She also enjoys exploring local wineries and discovering new favourites.
Homeowners appreciate Angela’s warm professionalism, clear communication, and the way she helps keep every job running smoothly from the first call to the final follow-up.

Daniel
HVAC APPRENTICE
Daniel may be one of the newest members of the Triumph team, but you’d never know it. He fit in seamlessly and quickly proved himself as a hardworking, reliable HVAC apprentice with a strong focus on installations. As a third-generation HVAC technician, Daniel quite literally grew
up around the trade — giving him a natural understanding of the work and a real pride in doing things the right way.
He also holds his gas ticket, which gives our install team an extra level of flexibility and technical support on every job. Daniel’s steady demeanour, willingness to learn, and attention to detail make him a valued part of the crew.
We’re proud to have Daniel at Triumph — and we’re confident you’ll appreciate having him in your home just as much as we do.

Neil
Comfort Advisor/Estimator
Neil first connected with Triumph as a customer back in 2018, and the quality of work and service left a lasting impression. After eight years in the indoor air quality industry, he joined the Triumph team, bringing a strong understanding of home comfort, indoor air quality, and what homeowners truly value.
As a Comfort Advisor and Estimator, Neil takes pride in helping families choose the right heating and cooling solutions for their home, their budget, and their long-term comfort. His approach is professional, straightforward, and focused on making the process clear and stress-free.
Neil and his wife are raising two teenage kids in the Okanagan, and when he’s not meeting with homeowners, you’ll usually find him skiing, mountain biking, or making the most of everything the valley has to offer.
Ken
HVAC Installer
Ken brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the Triumph team, and it shows in the quality of his work. Exceptionally skilled and deeply knowledgeable, he has owned and operated his own HVAC business in the past. His expertise in designing and building complex systems — especially for renovations, additions, and new construction — makes him an invaluable resource on challenging projects.
Ken’s calm, methodical approach and high standards ensure every installation is completed with precision and long-term reliability in mind. He’s the kind of tradesperson homeowners immediately feel confident with, and the kind of teammate any company is lucky to have.
