Well….what would you like to know?
Jeff and I started Triumph in 2013 and have been busy with it ever since. My background before Triumph was working for ICBC and then as a CEA in the school district. It was a big change career wise for me, but it has been fun to work together and learn something new. Jeff and I have 3 busy teenage/young adult children and a large Mastiff that is known as the Triumph dog on our social media pages. I like to stay busy so I'm active in the community volunteering with lacrosse or attending hockey games and doing outdoor stuff with my friends and family. I love to cook, hike and camp, ride my ebike around to wineries and visit the local breweries. I love a good game of cards or crib and I'm always up for a dinner out.
Owner Operator / Master Technician
I started in the construction industry back in 1997. I obtained my first trade certificate as an electrician before I switched over to the HVAC industry and completed 2 more trades in refrigeration and gas fitting. I have worked in many different environments including residential, commercial and industrial. I always enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting systems and coming up with solutions for our customers.
My wife and I moved our family from Maple Ridge to West Kelowna in 2002 and have been active in the community ever since. We started Triumph Heating and Air Conditioning in 2013 and have been growing the company ever since then. We have grown a large customer base and have been almost entirely referral driven. We have put together a small but very experienced team that we are proud to call our employees!
Our time away from work we like being active with our family and enjoying our great community. We look forward to summers of camping and hiking and winters of snowshoeing and enjoying sporting events.
I got my gas-fitter ticket over 30 years ago. I worked as a Millwright for many years after that. I have worked for Triumph Heating and Air Conditioning for 3+ years. I have two grown daughters and have been happily married for over 35 years. Our family has always been involved in sports, including softball, volleyball, snowboarding and hockey. My wife and I enjoy being on the water riding our Sky Ski. Family has always been important to me.
My name is Sergei and I have been working for Triumph for about a year and a half. I have been in the HVAC trade since 2001. I’m originally from Maldova but have been living in Canada since 1998. I have 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. When I’m not at work, I like to garden.
I've worked in the construction industry for 15 years doing sheet metal in all areas of the trade.
When the opportunity arose... I accepted the new apprenticeship with Triumph. I'll finally learn how all the equipment I've installed over the years works! Haha
Couldn't be happier with this new adventure that I'm on. Jeff and Michelle are great and I've heard nothing but the best things from my interactions in the field.
I'm excited for this new chapter in my life and I'm looking forward to making sure everyone has heat and ac when they need it!
Hi, I'm Tommy. I was introduced to the Refrigeration/HVAC trade by my father, uncles, and grandpa. I started my career during high school, in 2007. The majority of my experience is with large commercial equipment and grocery stores. The last few years I've spent on the residential side of the trade. I lived in the Edmonton area for 20 years and recently moved back to my hometown here in the Okanagan. I'm excited to expand my knowledge and happy to serve the Okanagan, and its respective people with honesty and integrity for many years to come :)
Warranties and Inventory
I’ve just started part time with Triumph this year and love working with this family run business.
My background is in residential house painting which I’ve been doing for the last 15 years and still do currently. Before that I was a stay at home mom to my two boys who are now grown adults out on their own. I met my husband when I was 16 and we’re still going strong.
I love adventure and I would say I’m an adrenaline junkie! Anything risky and that’s what I want to try lol. I’ve been a dragon-boater for the last 14 years and love it!! I’ve completed a full marathon, a triathlon and a 225km ride to conquer cancer event as my top 3 achievements so far. Hoping to jump out of a plane soon. ;)
Scheduling & Administrative Support
I've just started helping Michelle with backup customer service, scheduling and Admin. support. Triumph is a growing company with excellent people and I am happy to work part time for Triumph to support them.
My husband and I run a Business Services company based in the Okanagan and I specialize in Admin support for small businesses in the area.
I have over 20 years experience in marketing, customer service and administration and I look forward to helping Triumph continue as one of the most trusted contractors in the Central Okanagan
